Returns

Fontella's Furniture accepts returns within 48 hours of a customer’s receipt of an item, with the exception of bedding products, special orders, discontinued, and clearance (as-is) merchandise. Merchandise must be in the original packaging, and in like new condition. Fontella's Furniture does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter sets, or other bedding products for any reason. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns of furniture. Fontella's Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition. A pick-up fee, of no less than $60, will be charged if the merchandise being returned needs to be picked up from your home. The initial delivery fee is not refundable. Refunds on purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by mailed check after 10 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds by credit card take at least 5-7 business days to post. Special Orders, Clearance, sale and/or discounted items, discontinued, and As-Is Merchandise are non returnable or refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Reselection

You have the option to reselect different furniture if you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding special orders, and clearance (as-is) merchandise). sale and/or discounted fueniture. Reselection must be done within 48 hours of customer receipt of furniture. If the new item(s) purchased are of equal or greater value than those being returned. If the new item(s) purchased are of lesser value, a store credit will be issued, or a 25% restocking fee will be applied. If the reselection requires delivery/pick up, a regular delivery fee applies. Reselection will only be allowed once per customer. Fontellas’s Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. A pick-up fee, may be applied if merchandise being returned needs to be picked up from your home. The initial delivery fee is not refundable. Special Orders, Clearance, sale or discounted items, and As-Is Merchandise are non returnable or refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order prior to delivery or pick-up for any reason, or cancel specific items from your order, a 15% cancellation fee will apply on the items that were cancelled. Special Orders, Clearance, sale and/ discounted items, and As-Is Merchandise are non returnable or refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Deliveries

Your delivery time and date is scheduled as soon as your merchandise is available. If you need to change your delivery time or date after you have finalized your purchase, contact our Customer Service Department at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time, or a new delivery fee will be charged if Fontellas’s Furniture has already loaded your order onto a delivery truck. An authorized adult must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your delivery and sign the delivery ticket. If no authorized adult is home to receive your scheduled delivery, you will be charged a new delivery fee to reschedule a second delivery attempt.

  • Any exception to this cancellation policy will be solely at the discretion of our management. In the event that our management agrees to proceed with the cancellation of an order, the customer be will responsible for a cancellation or restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. You will also have to pay for the original shipping charges we paid to ship the furniture to you (even if not invoiced at the time of the sale or discounted) as well as the shipping fee back to our warehouse. In order for a cancellation to be addressed, the customer must submit the request in writing via e-mail to fontellasfurniture@gmail.com. Please note that only written requests for cancellation and only requests to this email address will be processed by us. Special orders and orders that are being held in our warehouse for a delayed delivery date at the request of the customer cannot be cancelled.
  • Fontella’s Furniture reserves the right to cancel an order when we determine that we will not be able to fulfill your order. Upon such cancellation we will notify the customer and refund the full amount that has already been paid.

Delivery Cities

  • We deliver to the Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson and surrounding area.
  • *We are now delivering to Pahrump, Laughlin, Mesquite. (extra delivery fees apply)
  • Shipping outside local area, shipping fee will be applied.

Warranties

Fontellas’s Furniture will assist the customer in determining whether an issue is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If the product needs to be serviced under the manufacturer’s warranty, it is the customer’s responsibility to deliver the product back to Fontellas’s Furniture. Neither the manufacturer, nor Fontellas’s Furniture cover transportation costs from your home to Fontellas’s Furniture. If requested, Fontellas’s Furniture can schedule a pickup of the merchandise that requires servicing under the manufacturer’s warranty for a regular delivery fee to that area.

Pick-Ups

Please inspect all pick-up items prior to loading into your vehicle. If an item is picked up that has an imperfection, it is your responsibility to return the item to Fontellas’s Furniture for servicing. If requested, Fontellas’s Furniture employees can assist in loading pick-up items into/onto your vehicle; however, it is your responsibility to firmly secure any pick up items to your vehicle. Fontellas’s Furniture assumes no responsibility for items that are damaged due to accidents or weather conditions.

As-Is, Sale and/or Discounted Items

As-Is, sale and/or discounted merchandise has no warranties and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All As-Is, sale and/or discounted furniture must be picked up within 48 hours of purchase. Failure to pick up As-Is items within 48 hours of purchase will result in cancellation of the order.

Deliveries

What If Part of My Order Arrives Damaged?

  • The merchandise that is shipped to you is insured with the shipping company to protect it from damage that may occur in transit.
  • On delivery you will be asked to sign a delivery slip indicating that the order was received in good condition. It is extremely important that you inspect all items at the time of delivery.
  • It is critical that you mark DAMAGED, next to any item that seems slightly defective on the delivery slip prior the driver leaving.
  • Only items marked damaged at the time of delivery will be considered damaged and eligible for a repair, refund or replacement.
  • In the event that all or part of your order arrives damaged all damages must be reported at ones, please email us pictures of the damages to fontellasfurniture@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery.
  • The Fontella’s Furniture reserves the right to choose the method by which the claim is resolved. Each damage claim is reviewed carefully, and the resolution may include repair, replacement parts or replacement of the entire unit depending on the extent of the damage. Be assured that Fontella’s Furniture will expedite the damage resolution and that customer service is of utmost importance.
  • Never refuse a shipment even if there is damage!
    Refusing a shipment would just delay the whole process and make it harder for us to deal with. In addition, a re-delivery charge may occur.

Special Note about Finishes, Leather and Stone

  • We cannot guarantee that the finish of the ordered wood, leather, or stone will be exactly as pictured. Imperfections or variations in the grain, color, or sheen of the wood may occur naturally. Stone finishes such as marble and granite may differ in color and veining. In addition, variations in the color, sheen and texture (wrinkling and natural marks) of leather may occur due to different dying and tanning processes and natural phenomena. As a result, these naturally occurring characteristics are not viewed as damages or defects. Please note that images of products displayed on our website may differ in color due to differences in the resolution of computer monitors and differences in lighting in the room you place the furniture in. We work to obtain the highest quality photographs of the products and thus depict the merchandise as accurately as possible. Please also note that furniture with a distressed finish may have marks and spots that are not considered damages and are done on purpose to create the distressed look.

Errors & Omissions

  • When ordering a specific item there may be more items shown on the picture. Please be aware that you will be receiving only the specific item you ordered. You may not assume that by selecting the item you will receive all of the items pictured. Please make sure to always read the title of the item before placing your order.
  • Occasionally there may be information on the website which may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. Fontella’s Furniture reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the information at any time, without prior notice. Fontella’s Furniture reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including the time period after an order has been submitted).

Shipping Policy

  • The satisfactory delivery of your purchase is of the utmost importance to The Fontella’s Furniture. For this reason, we only utilize shipping carriers which provide the highest standards in care, dependability and service. Once your order has been confirmed with Fontella’s Furniture, you will receive e-mails which will provide you with the status of your order and provide the ability to track your shipment. If you have any questions during this delivery period, do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

Please read the following information carefully.

  • Our website does not automatically calculate or show the availability of items because of the large inventory we carry. To check stock, please feel free to call our customer support at (702) 702-8597 or send us an email to fontellasfurniture@gmail.com to confirm stock before placing order. In the event that an item is not available at the time the order is placed we will send you an email stating the estimated ship date. Orders in which the items are all in stock are usually shipped within 2-3 days. Some exceptions may apply and we will then be in contact with the customer.
  • Exact delivery times or dates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Please note that orders are shipped when ALL items on your order are in stock and available for shipment.
  • We at Fontella’s Furniture offer a maximum shipping rate of $149.00* (some zip codes excluded) for curbside delivery - on all orders shipped anywhere within the USA (except Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Inside Delivery service is also available this includes inside placement only. (we do not provide set-up at this time) Check out the pricing when adding items to the shopping cart.
  • Some of the items may require assembly - We currently do not provide assembly service.
  • Fontella’s Furniture offers free shipping on all items being shipped withing the Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson and surrounding areas with minimum order of $500.00. In home delivery and set up is available for a minimum charge.
  • Once the merchandise is picked up by the carrier, you will be notified of the shipment by an e-mail from our customer service department. The e-mail will contain a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website which will enable you to track the status of your shipment.
  • If you do not receive your tracking number or you have any other problem regarding your order please feel free to e-mail us.

Small Parcel freight

  • Purchased items which are small in dimension and weight are usually shipped using a small package carrier such as FedEx, USPS or UPS.
  • Delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days.

Large Freight

  • Large and heavy items are shipped via truck freight. Fontella’s Furniture contracts with freight carriers who specialize in the transportation of furniture and related items; thus minimizing the possibility of damage and enhancing timely deliveries.
  • When your order is shipped, you will be contacted by the freight company (by email and/or phone) in order to schedule a delivery date and time. The appointment is typically a 4-hour window. Freight deliveries require an adult signature upon delivery. Please be sure to have an adult present who is authorized to sign the delivery receipt for acceptance of the delivery.
  • Freight delivery can take anytime between 7-14 business days.
